Villages.com.au reports:  Wivenhoe Village at Kirkham Rise in NSW has won the Urban Development Institute of Australia (UDIA) Award for Excellence in Retirement Living 2018. This is the village’s second award this year, having been recognised in May as the best retirement village nationally by the Property Council of Australia.

The UDIA awards are designed to highlight innovation, sustainability, industry leadership and excellence in urban development across NSW and the ACT.

James Robinson, Director of Mbark, the retirement village specialist company behind Wivenhoe Village, acknowledged their dedicated team and thanked their partners, the Sisters of the Good Samaritan for trusting them with the site which has amazing historical and environmental values.
